Right of Withdrawal / Return Policy for Purchase Contracts

1. Right of Withdrawal / Return Period

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 30 days from the date of your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal or request a return, you must complete the required return form within this 30-day period.

The return request can only be processed once the form has been submitted correctly.

2. How to Request a Return or Cancellation

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refunds

Once the return has been received and approved, the refund will be processed.

We will use the same payment method that was used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that the goods have been sent back.

We reserve the right to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

6. Condition of Returned Goods

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to handling that was not necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. If possible, return the goods in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging components.

If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure sufficient protection against transport damage.
